We are pleased to announce that Phoenix Legal advised Sojitz Corporation on its follow on investment in Intelligent Retail Private Limited, which operates the distribution and logistics platform ‘Ripplr’, as part of a US$ 40 million Series B fund raise round, alongside other investors such as Bikaji, Neo Foods, 3one4 Capital, Zephyr Peacock, Stride Ventures, Alteria Capital, Northern Arc Investments and Trifecta Capital. With the additional investment, Sojitz becomes the sole largest shareholder of Ripplr. The Phoenix team comprised Saket Shukla (co-founding Partner), Akshay Sachthey (Associate Partner), Sayli Petiwale (Senior Associate) and Tryambica Singh (Associate).
